What we collect

• Contact and business information you provide when you request an audit or become a client: name, email, company, website.
• Billing information, processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Public web data about brands and markets we analyze, gathered from publicly available sources and AI assistant responses.
• Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we do with it

We use your information to deliver the services you purchased, send reports, bill you, and respond to your messages. We send marketing email only in compliance with applicable law, and every such message includes a working unsubscribe mechanism that we honor promptly.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share client data with third parties except service providers needed to operate (payment processing, email, hosting), and they may use it only to provide those services to us.

Retention

We keep client records for as long as you are a client and as long after that as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time, and we will, subject to those obligations.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribe links in our emails work without needing to contact us.
